On 24 November 2018, the apprenticeship and university fair took place again at the Ellwangen district vocational school centre. STOLZ also presented itself at the fair amongst 140 training companies from the craft, industry, banking and other sectors.
STOLZ was on site with the management, Mrs. Stolz-Lingel, the training manager Florian Moßhammer, the trainee Marc Schwarz and the employee Marco Bronner (formerly an apprentice at STOLZ) and convinced interested parties from the exciting profession of cutting machine operator and training opportunities at STOLZ.

Since the beginning of its activity, STOLZ emphasizes the importance and its focus on its own training activities. Only this year the training facilities were completely modernized.
Mrs. Stolz-Lingel comments that it is important for STOLZ to train skilled employees and afterwards to further develop them within the company. It is now more important than ever to secure skilled workers in order to remain competitive in the long term. She was delighted with the lively visit to the booth.
