• on complaint to the supervisory authority, if they consider that the data concerning them are processed by the provider in breach of data protection regulations (see also Art. 77 GDPR).

In addition, the provider is obliged to notify any recipients to whom data have been disclosed by the provider about any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing, which takes place pursuant to Articles 16, 17 para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not exist insofar as this notification is impossible or disproportionate. Notwithstanding, the user has a right of information about these recipients.

Likewise, according to Art. 21 GDPR, users and affected parties/persons have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning them, provided that the respective data by the provider in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO is processed. III. Information about data processing

Your data processed on the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage is omitted, the deletion of the data does not conflict with statutory retention requirements and subsequently no other information is given about individual processing methods.

If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the affected person/party do not prevail over the first interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO serves as legal basis for processing.

2. DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We do not forward your personal data to third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. Collection or transfer of personal data to state institutions and authorities is only possible within the framework of valid legal provisions. Legal basis for this processing is § 26 Abs. 1 S. 1 BDSG i.V.m. Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR.
