  • of receipt of the data concerning them and provided by them and on the transmission of this data to other providers / controllers (see also Art. 20 GDPR);
  • on complaint to the supervisory authority, if they consider that the data concerning them are processed by the provider in breach of data protection regulations (see also Art. 77 GDPR).

In addition, the provider is obliged to notify any recipients to whom data have been disclosed by the provider about any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing, which takes place pursuant to Articles 16, 17 para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not exist insofar as this notification is impossible or disproportionate. Notwithstanding, the user has a right of information about these recipients.

Likewise, according to Art. 21 GDPR, users and affected parties/persons have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning them, provided that the respective data by the provider in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO is processed. In particular, an objection to the processing of data for the purpose of direct advertising is permitted.

III. Information about data processing

Your data processed on the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage is omitted, the deletion of the data does not conflict with statutory retention requirements and subsequently no other information is given about individual processing methods.

In the event that vital interests of the affected party/person or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d DSGVO serves as legal basis. If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the affected person/party do not prevail over the first interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO serves as legal basis for processing.

2. DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We do not forward your personal data to third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. Collection or transfer of personal data to state institutions and authorities is only possible within the framework of valid legal provisions. Our employees and suppliers / partners are obliged by us to secrecy and to the observance of our working directive for data protection.

3. SERVER DATA

8. Online job application / Publication of Job vacancies

We offer you the opportunity to apply for jobs on our website. For these digital applications, your application and application data will be electronically collected and processed by us to introduce the application process.

Legal basis for this processing is § 26 Abs. 1 S. 1 BDSG i.V.m. Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR.

If an employment contract is concluded after the application process, we will save your data submitted in the application in your personal file for the purpose of the normal organizational and administrative process - of course, under considerations of further legal obligations.

The legal basis in this case is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) DSGVO and § 24 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 BDSG. Our legitimate interest lies in the legal defense or enforcement.

If you expressly agree to a longer storage of your data, for example, for your inclusion in an applicant or interest database, the data will be further processed on the basis of your consent.
